This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify and address friction points in the user onboarding experience tailored to local market conditions, including language, payment methods, KYC flows, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with product and compliance teams to customize the product experience for users in Southeast Asia.
• Monitor and enhance key accessibility metrics such as onboarding completion rate, time-to-first-transaction, and local payment adoption.
• Plan, implement, and refine multi-channel growth campaigns (paid social, influencer, CRM, referral, and partnerships) customized for each market's audience and culture.
• Oversee campaign P&L: establish targets, manage budgets, and meet CAC, ROAS, and activation KPIs.
• Work alongside creative, brand, and localization teams to create market-appropriate messaging and assets.
• Evaluate campaign performance, derive actionable insights, and iterate quickly.
• Partner with the product team to identify growth loops, referral mechanics, and opportunities for feature adoption.
• Lead go-to-market execution for new product launches and features across three markets.
• Advocate for user research and local market insights to influence product roadmap priorities.
• Develop and uphold segmentation and lifecycle frameworks to enhance LTV and minimize churn.
• 5–8 years of experience in growth, performance marketing, or product marketing, with a minimum of 3 years concentrated on SEA markets.
• Demonstrated success in driving measurable growth in Southeast Asia, ideally across multiple markets at once.
• Strong analytical abilities; proficient in utilizing data tools (SQL, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or equivalent) to extract insights and inform decisions.
• Experience in managing multi-channel campaigns from start to finish, including budget management and performance reporting.
• Solid grasp of product growth mechanics — referral programs, activation funnels, lifecycle marketing, and feature adoption.
• Exceptional cross-functional collaborator; able to work effectively with product, design, compliance, and regional leadership.
• Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Filipino or Bahasa Indonesia is a considerable advantage.
• Experience in fintech, crypto, or consumer applications is preferred.
