This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Oversee paid search initiatives across major platforms including Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and Apple Search Ads.
• Propel the global expansion of our user base for both web and app, aiming for substantial, high-quality growth while maximizing return on investment.
• Design and execute innovative paid search strategies and operational frameworks at scale, launching new product lines through thorough research and implementation.
• Collaborate closely with data science and SEO teams to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing strategies that align with business goals.
• Enhance large-scale, complex operations by employing industry-leading paid search methodologies, tools, and platforms to achieve exceptional performance.
• Actively manage budget distribution and pacing across campaigns to secure optimal ROI and effectively meet key performance indicators.
• Refine creative assets and boost conversion rates through enhancements to landing pages, ad copy, keywords, and audience targeting.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, search engine updates, and changing financial user behaviors to ensure campaigns remain competitive and effective.
• Conduct extensive competitive analysis and benchmarking to uncover market opportunities and gaps within the financial sector, adjusting strategies as needed.
• Collaborate with data and analytics teams to develop dashboards, analyze performance metrics, and identify opportunities, ensuring all strategic decisions are driven by actionable insights.
• Create and deliver clear, comprehensive reports on campaign performance, market intelligence, and future strategies to key stakeholders and leadership.
• A degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in paid search marketing, with a strong record in web and app growth.
• Previous experience in Finance or Technology is advantageous.
• Demonstrated deep expertise in Google Ads and Apple Search Ads, with proven success in scaling campaigns globally.
• A clear passion for innovation, ongoing learning, and driving excellence within the paid search domain.
• Strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to interpret data effectively and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Proven experience in managing significant budgets across various channels and platforms to achieve ambitious growth objectives.
