This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.
• Oversee and innovate the Loyalty Department at Trafilea, driving significant growth in our subscription models.
• Create strategies that boost customer retention and optimize subscription revenue.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to design compelling, value-oriented subscription offerings.
• Promote a culture of data-driven experimentation within the Loyalty team.
• Cultivate a dynamic team environment that thrives on creativity and innovation.
• Establish strategic roadmaps that unite marketing, product, and customer experience.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with marketing, finance, product, and customer service teams.
• Develop and enhance subscription products to ensure usability and customer value.
• Utilize customer data and insights to innovate and validate new features.
• Own key performance indicators (KPIs) and analytics, implementing robust metrics and reporting on subscription health.
• Advocate for exceptional customer experiences and build a high-performing team.
• Manage key initiatives, objectives and key results (OKRs), budgets, and timelines while fostering innovation.
• Demonstrated expertise in loyalty and subscription management with over 6 years in Product roles (preferably in e-commerce).
• Customer retention strategist with a track record of designing and executing initiatives that decrease churn, enhance engagement, and maximize customer lifetime value.
• Data-driven decision maker, highly adept in analytics and interpretation, translating customer insights into actionable strategies and measurable outcomes.
• Strong foundation in conversion rate optimization (CRO), including A/B testing, user segmentation, and targeted campaigns to enhance conversion and engagement metrics.
• Agile leader with experience guiding cross-functional teams, managing complex projects, and ensuring responsiveness in fast-paced environments.
• Proficient in tools and technologies pertinent to subscriptions and loyalty programs (CRM, marketing automation, customer data platforms).
• Inspirational leader and team builder, encouraging collaboration, mentoring talent, and driving continuous improvement across teams.
