Senior Growth Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Lead with a strategic vision: Act as the key driver for funded-loan growth and lifetime value, fostering both immediate revenue generation and long-term development throughout your entire portfolio.

• Influence on a large scale: Establish trusted relationships with C-suite executives (CEOs, CMOs, VPs of Marketing) and convert their aspirations into actionable growth strategies.

• Foster innovation: Initiate R&D testing projects to validate new methods, motivations, and data signals that advance the industry.

• Direct cross-functional teams: Oversee the Embedded Growth Team (Product, Data Science, Creative, Call Intelligence, Operations) to ensure seamless execution.

• Govern with excellence: Oversee program health using our proprietary Homeowner-First Framework, identifying gaps and creating early escalation paths to mitigate issues before they affect funded outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in driving enterprise account growth, managing complex client portfolios, and building revenue streams.

• Proven track record in mortgage, fintech, or performance marketing sectors.

• Experience managing large budgets and collaborating with multiple stakeholders.

• Extensive knowledge of SaaS platforms, CRM systems, and modern growth technologies (including call intelligence tools and analytics platforms).
