Senior Growth Engineer – Fullstack, TS, Vue, NodeJS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Enhance and sustain essential growth features – You will take charge of processes such as signup, onboarding, and the admin dashboard to ensure a seamless and efficient experience for every new user.

• Execute impactful experiments – You will conceptualize, develop, and A/B test new features aimed at boosting conversion and retention—consider upgrade flows, contextual prompts, or innovative pricing nudges.

• Expand our growth infrastructure – You will assist in building and refining services that facilitate user growth at scale, including in-app messaging platforms, billing systems, and email orchestration tools.

• Propel measurable business results – Your contributions will directly influence n8n’s annual recurring revenue (ARR), user retention, and growth key performance indicators (KPIs). You will monitor performance, pinpoint areas for enhancement, and implement iterative changes to elevate activation and retention.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of full-stack engineering experience with TypeScript/JavaScript, Node.js, and Vue or React (along with HTML/CSS/UI libraries).

• Proven ownership of growth metrics: product activation, retention, or revenue, within a growth or product-led growth team at a SaaS organization.

• Experience in executing experiments independently, from hypothesis formulation to shipping or killing the decision.

• Product-oriented mindset: You can execute without a product manager and consistently make sound decisions. You’re comfortable engaging with users when necessary to gather feedback.

• Proficiency in data analysis: You can independently query data and derive insights from user behavior and experimental results.

• Ability to navigate ambiguity: You don’t wait for perfect specifications or designs. You take initiative and iterate.

• Speed and ownership mentality: You work quickly yet responsibly, recognizing that experimentation and agility are vital for driving growth.
