This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Define, initiate, and evaluate comprehensive demand generation campaigns aimed at enhancing pipeline growth through new lead acquisition and marketing to existing customers.
• Oversee and optimize campaigns across various channels, including paid media, organic outreach, email marketing, webinars, and events.
• Develop, execute, and assess multi-channel nurturing campaigns that assist prospects and current customers throughout their journey, thereby boosting conversion and retention rates.
• Track campaign performance metrics, conversion rates, and overall pipeline impact.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and customer behaviors to effectively refine messaging, product offerings, and engagement strategies.
• Collaborate with the content team to create relevant and engaging materials that support nurturing, retention, branding, and lead generation initiatives.
• Work closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Content, and RevOps to ensure campaign efforts are aligned with business objectives.
• A minimum of 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, ideally in demand generation, campaign management, or growth-oriented roles.
• Strong understanding of TMS or B2B SaaS marketing, particularly regarding complex sales cycles and enterprise buying processes.
• A data-driven approach, skilled in tracking, measuring, and optimizing marketing performance effectively.
• Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in German or French would be a significant advantage.
• Practical experience with marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools (such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, etc.).
• Strong project management and organizational abilities, capable of managing multiple campaigns concurrently.
• A proactive, results-oriented mindset, consistently seeking new methods to enhance campaign performance.
