This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the Savings strategy and OKRs – Establish, drive, and achieve the vision, strategy, and success metrics for our Savings portfolio, ensuring alignment with company-level and Super+ goals while defining what constitutes an exceptional savings experience.
• Manage a diverse portfolio of Savings products – Supervise multiple Product Managers and Mission Aligned Teams focusing on rebates, grocery coupons, gas coupons, pharmacy coupons, and innovative savings concepts; ensure each team is addressing the appropriate challenges with the necessary urgency.
• Shape the product roadmap and portfolio – Create and sustain a cohesive roadmap for Savings, prioritizing work to enhance member value, boost engagement, and unlock new revenue and margin opportunities while navigating risk and complexity.
• Drive measurable outcomes for customers and the business – Take ownership of key metrics such as savings per active member, activation, engagement, retention, Super+ attachment, and NPS within your domain; define the appropriate KPIs, instrumentation, and experimentation strategies in collaboration with Data and Growth.
• Elevate product quality and member experience – Collaborate closely with Product Design, UXR, Engineering, and Operations to ensure that experiences are intuitive, trustworthy, and engaging, maintaining clear quality standards across discovery, redemption, and post-purchase processes.
• Guide incentive and economic design – Work with Finance, Partnerships, and Growth on pricing, offers, and rebate/coupon economics that strike a balance between member value and sustainable unit economics.
• Lead and nurture product talent – Manage and mentor Product Managers, assisting them in enhancing their skills, navigating ambiguity, and achieving significant business outcomes. Foster a culture of ownership, clarity, and high-quality execution.
• Serve as a critical link among leadership – Act as a key collaborator with GMs, vertical product leaders, Design leadership, Engineering leadership, Operations, and Partnerships to align strategic direction, manage dependencies, and communicate ongoing developments and their rationale.
• Operate across both strategy and execution – Broaden your perspective to establish direction and make portfolio trade-offs, then narrow your focus to review PRDs, experiments, and launches, ensuring timely delivery with quality and clear learning agendas.
• 7+ years of experience in B2C product management, particularly in consumer tech, fintech, e-commerce, membership/subscription, or savings products, demonstrating a history of significant business impact.
• 2-3+ years of experience managing multiple Product Managers and/or product teams, with accountability for performance, coaching, and career development in a dynamic environment with over 1M users.
• Proven experience managing a multi-product portfolio or cross-journey area, showcasing the ability to balance immediate wins with long-term strategies.
• Strong proficiency in experimentation and analytics: establishing success metrics, collaborating on instrumentation, and utilizing tools such as Amplitude, data warehouses, and A/B testing frameworks to guide strategy and iteration.
• Demonstrated ability to link product strategy to business outcomes, with clear examples of fostering growth, engagement, retention, and/or profitability.
• Strong executive presence and communication skills—comfortable presenting strategies, insights, and trade-offs to SVPs, GMs, and cross-functional leaders, capable of influencing without relying solely on authority.
• A proactive approach and comfort with ambiguity, combined with a structured, truth-seeking mindset; able to move swiftly while providing clarity, alignment, and high-quality results.
• Capacity to collaborate extensively with Design, Engineering, Data, Growth, Operations, Partnerships, and Support, representing both customer and business perspectives in complex trade-off decisions.
