This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Lead, mentor, and nurture a team of Product Managers, fostering their growth in product expertise, strategic thinking, execution, and cross-functional leadership.
• Articulate and promote the long-term product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Dropbox Sign. Balance investments in platform scalability, workflow automation, enhancements in customer experience, and new growth avenues.
• Cultivate a strong product culture rooted in customer empathy, data-driven decision-making, accountability, and collaboration.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Legal, Security, and cross-functional leaders to ensure alignment, prioritize investments, and guarantee high-quality execution across diverse product initiatives.
• Become an authority on our customers by utilizing research, analytics, market insights, and direct feedback to thoroughly understand the needs of businesses and individuals managing essential agreement workflows.
• Oversee intricate, multi-quarter initiatives across teams and functions, from strategy and planning through to execution, launch, and iteration.
• Drive business impact by pinpointing key opportunities, defining success metrics, assessing trade-offs, and ensuring teams achieve measurable outcomes aligned with company objectives.
• Implement operational rigor within the product organization, encompassing roadmap planning, stakeholder communication, prioritization frameworks, and team processes.
• Communicate effectively and clearly with executives and cross-functional stakeholders, conveying strategy, trade-offs, risks, and business impact.
• Over 10 years of experience in Product Management, including more than 4 years in a leadership role developing and guiding Product Managers.
• Demonstrated success in building and scaling high-performing Product Management teams in fast-paced, highly collaborative settings.
• BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Information Systems, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, or relevant experience.
• Proven ability to convert complex workflows into simple, intuitive, and enjoyable user experiences.
• Experience in defining and driving multi-quarter product strategies and roadmaps that yield significant business results.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the skill to connect product decisions to business outcomes.
• Exceptional communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills; capable of influencing and aligning executives, peers, and teams across the organization.
• Established ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments while balancing strategic leadership with operational execution.
