
Senior Ground Up Construction Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho.
• Oversee cross-functional teams while managing various ground-up construction and renovation initiatives.
• Direct projects from inception to design, planning, client consent, permitting, construction, and financial finalization.
• Ensure accountability for comprehensive project management.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, general and specialized contractors, property management, operating engineers, and client stakeholders.
• Provide weekly updates regarding schedules, risks, budgets, and expected cash flow utilizing JLL technology.
• Formulate risk management plans and assist teams with work authorization processes.
• Aid client decision-making through data, recommendations, and risk evaluations.
• Create project charters, due diligence reports, budgets, schedules, meeting minutes, funding requests, status reports, punch lists, and special reports.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure adherence to project policies and procedures.
• Complete formal project closeout within 90 days post-completion.
• Travel up to 60% across the designated portfolio.
• 15–20 years of experience in project management, particularly in design and ground-up construction.
• Demonstrated experience in project scope development, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and contract negotiations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, project scheduling software, and web-based applications.
• Knowledge of architectural drawings, furniture/fixtures/equipment specifications, design and space planning concepts, as well as construction costs and schedules.
• Preferred qualifications include Architecture, Engineering, or Project Management certification.
• LEED Certification is a plus.
• PMP Certification is preferred.
• Must have authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 60% within the designated portfolio.
