Senior Graphic Designer – Freelance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop captivating print and digital designs and/or generate new deliverables derived from existing, client-approved designs.

• Convert intricate scientific concepts into clear and engaging visuals.

• Use visual aids to improve comprehension and engagement.

• Revise, edit, and finalize design deliverables until completion.

• Collaborate with team members to grasp business objectives, client needs, and messaging.

• Maintain consistency in brand and design elements across presentations.

• Keep abreast of the latest design trends and integrate them into work outputs.

• Partner closely with the Education and Training team to transform established concepts and content into polished presentations.

• Incorporate feedback, adhere to client brand standards, and adjust as project requirements change.

⛳️ Requirements

• Associate’s degree (or equivalent) in fine arts, graphic design, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• 5-7 years of professional experience in visual design.

• Experience in the training sector.

• Strong command of design software such as Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft PowerPoint.

• Familiarity with Articulate Storyline and RISE is an advantage.

• Eagerness to learn and implement new methods and tools.

• Strong understanding of design trends and best practices.

• Solid creative vision aligned with business objectives.

• Knowledge of color theory and layout principles.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong project and time management abilities.

• Highly detail-oriented.

• Creative and innovative mindset.

• Capacity to adapt to changing project requirements and meet deadlines.

• Portfolio showcasing relevant experience in presentation, learning, and life sciences design.
