Senior Graphic Designer, Content Producer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Create visually striking social media assets for platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, X, and other emerging channels.

• Develop innovative concepts and visual storytelling strategies that align with brand guidelines, campaign goals, and audience requirements.

• Design static graphics, carousels, infographics, stories, reels, thumbnails, and various other formats for social content.

• Ensure consistent brand identity while tailoring creative materials for each specific platform.

• Produce and edit short-form social videos, motion graphics, animations, and other video content.

• Develop animated elements, title treatments, transitions, and visual effects.

• Edit footage into formats tailored for vertical, square, and horizontal platforms.

• Collaborate with social media managers, content strategists, copywriters, graphic designers, and marketing teams on integrated campaigns.

• Contribute creative ideas informed by trends, audience insights, platform innovations, and competitive analysis.

• Interpret creative briefs and present strategically aligned concepts to various stakeholders.

• Utilize analytics and performance insights to test and enhance creative materials for engagement and conversion.

• Identify opportunities to leverage emerging technologies and innovative creative techniques.

• Manage multiple projects, assets, templates, production files, and social content libraries efficiently.

• Ensure all deliverables meet quality, accessibility, and platform-specific standards.

• Assist in campaign planning and content calendars through proactive production and resource management.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Digital Media, Marketing, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• 7–10 years of professional experience in social media graphic design, content creation, and video production.

• Demonstrated experience in creating social-first creative content for consumer-facing brands.

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.

• Experience with motion graphics, animation, and video editing software.

• Strong understanding of social media platforms, content formats, and audience behaviors.

• Ability to produce content optimized for both organic and paid social campaigns.

• Exceptional skills in typography, layout, color, composition, and visual storytelling.

• Strong project management abilities and organizational skills.
