This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the advisor-oriented sales collateral program, which encompasses service tiers, deliverable definitions, turnaround commitments, and quality benchmarks.
• Expand the program throughout the Partner network alongside Marketing, Sales, and Partner leadership.
• Monitor program usage, delivery, and revenue, and provide performance reports to Marketing leadership.
• Define collateral engagements in collaboration with advisors and Partner leaders.
• Act as the main design liaison for Partner Presidents, sales representatives, and financial advisors.
• Convert business objectives into innovative creative direction.
• Present and clarify creative projects to senior stakeholders while integrating their feedback.
• Cultivate relationships with key advisors.
• Create sales collateral such as flyers, brochures, presentations, proposals, welcome kits, and digital materials.
• Develop digital marketing assets, including social media graphics, e-marketing visuals, website images, and digital advertisements.
• Design event, conference, and recruitment brand materials, including booth graphics, signage, branded merchandise, and printed items.
• Collaborate with sales and Partner leadership teams to ensure a cohesive and professional brand experience.
• Over 8 years of graphic design experience, with a proven track record of designing for multiple distinct brands or business units simultaneously.
• Experience working directly with clients or senior stakeholders, including project scoping, presenting creative work, and independently managing relationships.
• A portfolio showcasing sales collateral, digital and social media assets, and email designs, including projects for external clients or senior leadership; a portfolio link is mandatory for consideration.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma.
• Strong PowerPoint presentation design capabilities, including the creation of durable template systems for non-designers.
• Experience in maintaining brand standards, style guides, or design systems.
• In-depth knowledge of print and digital production processes, including file preparation and specifications.
• Capability to manage work from start to finish, set priorities independently, and meet deadlines without close supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Occasional travel to partner locations across the U.S. may be required.
