Senior Graphic Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Produce high-quality, brand-aligned creative materials for both digital and print mediums to support prominent marketing and corporate projects.

• Collaborate on brand strategy and the conceptualization of campaigns.

• Oversee intricate, cross-departmental projects from initial concept through to final execution.

• Enhance creative standards, tools, and processes, incorporating AI-driven design solutions.

• Recognize creative deficiencies, potential risks, and opportunities, taking proactive measures to address them.

• Guide and assist fellow designers through constructive critique and teamwork.

• Act as the senior creative lead in the absence of the Manager of Art Direction and Creative Design.

• Shape the partner experience of the Pax8 brand and empower marketing teams to operate more efficiently and effectively.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven senior-level design expertise within an in-house or agency setting.

• Outstanding attention to typography, layout, color, and visual systems.

• Extensive proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud.

• Strong familiarity with presentation software.

• Comfort with exploring Figma and AI-assisted design tools.

• Excellent communication and collaboration capabilities.

• Confidence in presenting and justifying design choices.

• Proactive attitude with a sense of ownership, able to navigate through uncertainty.

• A coaching mindset towards feedback, rooted in empathy and clarity.

• Must possess a valid right to work in the USA.
