Graphic Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete design process, from understanding briefs and developing concepts to delivering final assets for social media, websites, digital campaigns, and internal communications.

• Create presentations, company and candidate profiles, sales materials, case studies, and various business-related content.

• Generate visuals for job vacancies, employer branding, corporate programs, and events.

• Transform data and complex information into infographics, diagrams, and clear visual materials.

• Design company merchandise and prepare artwork for printing.

• Select and edit photographs and other visual content.

• Maintain and enhance the company’s visual style across various formats.

• Develop reusable templates, organize design files in Figma, and keep the Brand Material List updated.

• Utilize AI tools to explore new ideas and optimize routine design tasks where beneficial.

• Collaborate directly with teams across the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic or visual design.

• Strong foundational skills in composition, typography, color, and visual hierarchy.

• Experience in creating digital materials for social media, websites, campaigns, or internal communications.

• Proficiency in working on various types of corporate materials, including presentations.

• Ability to adhere to a brand system and maintain visual consistency across materials.

• Confidence in using design tools and organizing design assets effectively.

• Attention to detail, a commitment to high visual quality, and the capability to clarify requirements and take responsibility for outcomes.

• Experience with photo editing is a plus.

• Familiarity with using AI tools in the design workflow is advantageous.

• Proficient English skills for client-facing projects are a plus.

• Higher education or additional training in UI/UX, product design, or marketing is an advantage.
