Senior Graphic Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Proactively shape Genesis first look in external communication with Meta, Apple, TikTok, Amazon, Pinterest, and others.

• Prepare graphic and motion materials.

• Develop presentations, one-pagers, infographics, partner materials, and special communication assets.

• Create infographics and visuals for social media and Slack in accordance with design systems and guidelines.

• Design concepts and production solutions for video greetings and partner special moments.

• Produce branded assets and generate ideas for partner gifts.

• Utilize AI tools to generate, accelerate, and scale design/motion workflows.

• Independently manage tasks from receiving briefs and clarifying context to final delivery.

• Explore new formats that enhance the quality of communication, expedite production, and provide business value.

• Adhere to standards for material preservation and structuring.

• Collaborate within the Business Development team of Genesis Core, interacting with all ecosystem businesses and building partnerships with leading global technology companies.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Graphic/Motion design.

• Experience with tasks related to business communication, partner-facing materials, presentations, or B2B/corporate design.

• Proficient in Figma: components, variants, auto layout, design systems, libraries, structured files.

• Practical experience in Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator.

• Experience creating high-quality visual presentations and ability to work with information hierarchy.

• Strong understanding of branding, composition, typography, and visual systematics.

• Ability to translate business challenges into clear visual solutions.

• Active use of AI tools in the workflow: ChatGPT, Midjourney, Gemini, Notebook LM, Runway, Kling, Sora, or similar.

• Self-reliance and a strong sense of ownership.

• Results-oriented with a focus on deadlines.

• Willingness to adapt to feedback and work collaboratively.

• Ability to communicate with stakeholders, justify decisions, ask clarifying questions, and manage expectations.

• Proactive and initiative-driven.

• English proficiency at least at Intermediate/Upper-Intermediate level for working with materials and communication.
