Graphic Designer – Mid-Level, Training, E-learning

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa.

📋 Description

• Design visual and multimedia materials for instructional and digital learning products.

• Create and modify graphics and multimedia to enhance engaging learning experiences.

• Assist in the development of animations and graphics, utilizing AI-assisted technologies where appropriate.

• Work in partnership with instructional designers to convert learning goals and concepts into compelling visual content.

• Uphold established design practices and stringent quality standards.

• Aid in the modernization of curriculum and its production throughout the development lifecycle.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be eligible for or possess an active Secret security clearance.

• Proven experience in creating high-quality digital and instructional graphics.

• Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.

• Competence in using Envato Elements.

• Experience in creating and manipulating multimedia assets.

• Background in developing graphics for digital learning, instructional content, presentations, or similar applications.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with instructional designers and project management teams.

• Exceptional attention to detail regarding technical accuracy and visual quality.

• Preferred experience in developing graphics for federal or public-sector training.

• Preferred familiarity with animation, motion graphics, or AI-assisted creative tools.

• Preferred experience in supporting e-learning development teams.

• HUBZone residency is preferred.
