Graphic Designer – Performance Creative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Create high-impact creative content for paid social platforms, including Meta and TikTok, from initial concept to final deliverable.

• Develop multiple angles and variations to test and enhance conversion performance.

• Operate within an AI-driven workflow utilizing tools such as Midjourney, Runway, and others.

• Leverage performance metrics to guide creative refinements.

• Modify design styles to align with various brands.

• Demonstrated experience in crafting conversion-oriented creative assets.

• A portfolio that showcases performance-driven creative work, beyond just aesthetic appeal.

• Strong understanding of direct-response principles, including hooks, angles, and visual engagement.

• Advanced skills in industry-standard design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud or comparable software.

• Genuine expertise in AI design tools.

• Self-motivated, dependable, and efficient without compromising quality.

• Proficiency in Italian is an added advantage.
