This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and implement exceptional, brand-aligned creative across digital, eCommerce, social, retail, and print mediums.
• Produce assets for various channels including paid media, organic social, eCommerce, food service, international clientele, email and CRM, websites, retail and shopper marketing, as well as print and event materials.
• Convert brand strategy into engaging, channel-specific creative ideas and executions.
• Modify, version, and optimize assets for different formats, sizes, and platforms.
• Generate light content ideas for social media, product storytelling, and campaign expansions.
• Lead the creative vision for small product, social, lifestyle, and stop-motion shoots.
• Formulate shoot concepts and shot lists that align with brand and channel requirements.
• Source and manage photographers, stylists, and content creators effectively.
• Supervise on-set or remote execution to ensure high-quality, modular, multi-channel outputs.
• Oversee timelines, budgets, and deliverables for small-scale productions.
• Manage production from concept inception to final delivery.
• Ensure all files comply with platform and channel technical specifications.
• Maintain organized file systems, naming conventions, and version control.
• Create templates and scalable systems for high-volume asset generation.
• Ensure content usage adheres to licensing, talent, and usage-rights agreements.
• Uphold Elmhurst brand standards while identifying opportunities for brand evolution.
• Collaborate with marketing, eCommerce, innovation, sales, agency partners, and internal teams.
• Handle multiple projects, prioritize based on business impact and deadlines, while proactively identifying risks and opportunities for efficiency improvements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• 5–8+ years of experience in graphic design.
• Experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) is required; agency or in-house experience is preferred.
• A strong portfolio showcasing digital, social, print, and video content, as well as eCommerce and retail assets.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience with motion/animation (After Effects or similar) is preferred.
• Familiarity with brand guidelines and adapting creative across various channels.
• Proven experience in collaborating with external agencies and internal teams.
• A desire to explore and learn more about AI creative solutions as the field develops.
• Ability to self-manage workflow and prioritize effectively in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
• Strong creative and production design capabilities across both digital and print media in both still and video formats.
• Competence in balancing speed, quality, and brand consistency.
• Solid understanding of channel-specific creative, including the differences between paid and organic, as well as eCommerce and social media.
• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
• A self-starter who can manage their workload independently.
