Senior Graphic Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Oversee the visual development of client pitches, capability presentations, and creative showcases across the game development portfolio.

• Take charge of the visual strategy for high-profile pitches, determining the optimal integration of art, data, motion, and storytelling.

• Create and enhance company capability presentations, case studies, and client-facing materials that align with the visual language of each intellectual property.

• Modify designs to fit various aesthetics, ranging from stylized casual to gritty AAA.

• Develop reusable templates, component libraries, and motion frameworks to support simultaneous pitches.

• Interpret vague creative direction provided by leadership and business development teams.

• Present work to internal stakeholders and clients as needed.

• Guide junior and mid-level designers in their craft and professional decision-making.

• Offer final feedback on presentations prior to delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of design experience, preferably in the fields of games, entertainment, or a dynamic agency setting.

• Expert-level skill in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, Keynote, and Google Slides.

• A portfolio showcasing a diverse range of visual styles.

• Strong grasp of pitch narrative structure: hook, world, proof, ask.

• Experience in creating scalable design systems and reusable templates.

• Proven ability to take initiative rather than waiting for briefs.

• Capable of constructively pushing back on ineffective creative direction and articulating the rationale clearly.

• A genuine passion for unfamiliar intellectual properties and new creative challenges.

• Experience with outsourcing, co-development, or work-for-hire studio environments (preferred).

• Familiarity with live-service, mobile, or casual game genres (preferred).

• Experience in motion design or animation for pitch materials (preferred).
