Senior Grants Analyst

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage the complete processing and tracking of payments to investigators.

• Coordinate the delivery of pricing and payments to investigators.

• Ensure that investigator payments are accurate, timely, and comply with contractual terms and regulations.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to address payment-related issues.

• Maintain precise financial records and documentation for investigator payments.

• Comply with both internal and external audit requirements.

• Provide training and guidance to junior staff regarding payment processes and compliance standards.

• Manage communications and relationships with investigators, sponsors, and other stakeholders.

• Resolve inquiries and concerns related to payments.

• A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related discipline.

• Experience in financial operations, ideally within clinical trials or the pharmaceutical sector.

• Strong background in pricing and investigator payments.

• Excellent analytical abilities with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work autonomously and juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located.
