This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

• Strategize, develop, and oversee Google Ads campaigns across various platforms (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)

• Perform comprehensive keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation

• Enhance campaigns based on performance indicators such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates

• Set up and maintain conversion tracking using tools like Google Tag Manager, GA4, and tracking pixels

• Regularly test ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies through A/B testing

• Evaluate campaign performance and provide actionable insights and detailed reports

• Effectively manage and distribute advertising budgets across multiple campaigns

• Work in collaboration with creative, content, and CRO teams to enhance funnel performance

• Keep abreast of updates in Google Ads, algorithm modifications, and industry best practices

• Over 5 years of experience in managing Google Ads / PPC campaigns

• Demonstrated success in managing high-performing campaigns with substantial ad budgets

• Strong grasp of paid search strategies, bidding models, and funnel optimization techniques

• Practical experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and setting up conversion tracking

• Background in eCommerce, SaaS, or lead generation campaigns

• Strong analytical skills with the capability to analyze data and make informed strategic decisions

• Google Ads certifications are highly desirable

• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to clearly present performance insights

• Experience collaborating with remote international teams is an advantage
