Senior Google Ads Performance Marketer, Search, Display

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Management of search advertising (Search) for promoting dating products (primary focus)

• Engagement with Display / Video as an additional direction

• Gathering semantics, preparing advertisements, and optimizing campaigns according to KPIs

• Independent writing of advertisements and collaboration with a copywriter

• Setting tasks for video creatives or independently creating static creatives

• Analyzing the market and competitors to identify new approaches

• Working with analytics (RedTrack, Voluum)

• Developing concepts and drafting specifications for new landing pages

• Building both simple and complex marketing funnels

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience with Google Ads: confident setup and optimization of campaigns

• Expertise in building full-funnel marketing approaches

• Experience with analytics: we use RedTrack / Voluum, but experience with other trackers is also acceptable

• Strong analytical skills: ability to substantiate viewpoints and make decisions based on data and metrics

• Outstanding results in previous positions: supported by specific metrics and achievements

• Systematic thinking: ability to think structurally and manage details while seeing the big picture

• Proficiency in the Ukrainian language

• English language skills at B1 level
