This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
β’ Oversee Search, Shopping, PMax, YouTube, and Demand Gen campaigns at an advanced level.
β’ Utilize Semrush and Google Keyword Planner for comprehensive market and competitor analysis. Implement competitor bidding strategies to secure and maintain the #1 position profitably.
β’ Craft compelling ad copy and utilize advertorials and comparison pages to effectively connect the click to the sale.
β’ Serve as the primary contact for your accounts. Facilitate daily and weekly meetings, present strategies, and conduct discussions with both clients and internal Google representatives.
β’ Look beyond ROAS. Grasp aMER, MER, CAC, and nCAC, and analyze datasets to uncover the underlying insights.
β’ Experience in an agency setting (mandatory).
β’ Proven track record in DTC. Over 2 years of successful brand scaling within the US or European markets, preferably with firms achieving 8-figure annual revenues ($10M+).
β’ Budget management experience. You've overseen monthly ad budgets in the six-figure range and above, and you're adept at making critical spending decisions - REQUIRED.
β’ Technical proficiency. Familiarity with TripleWhale, Northbeam, G-Suite, ClickUp, Slack, and Google Merchant Center, including feed optimization.
β’ Tactical expertise. You understand how to differentiate between branded and non-branded traffic, when to implement seasonal bid adjustments, and which bidding strategy (ROAS vs. Maximize Conversions) is suitable for an account's maturity.
β’ Communication skills. Exceptional written and verbal English. You are proactive and transparent. If performance declines, you've already identified the solution before the meeting begins.
