• Effectively manage and scale Google Ads campaigns profitably (Search, Shopping, PMax, YouTube, Demand Gen)

• Optimize based on contribution margins – not just ROAS

• Provide strategic guidance to clients and offer autonomous consulting

• Analyze account data and derive actionable insights

• Actively utilize AI tools and contribute to the development of internal standards

• Over 2 years of hands-on Google Ads experience in the e-commerce sector

• Background in online marketing, data analysis, or a similar analytical field

• Strong analytical thinking skills, quick pattern recognition, and a deep understanding of digital marketing
