This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Proactively and efficiently scale Meta operations - achieving six-figure daily revenue when the unit economics allow.
β’ Develop and implement a comprehensive paid media strategy across Meta, Google, and TikTok - establishing a clear prioritization of areas to amplify and those to safeguard margins.
β’ Identify performance challenges at the levels of creative, audience, offer, landing page, or checkout - and determine the most critical issue to address first.
β’ Lead creative strategy in collaboration with our creative team.
β’ Cultivate strong senior client relationships across a diverse portfolio of rapidly growing DTC brands.
β’ Foster team growth - mentoring junior analysts and strategists into capable, independent operators.
β’ Proven experience in scaling Meta accounts beyond $100k per day.
β’ 6β10 years of expertise in paid digital advertising, with significant experience managing substantial Meta budgets for DTC e-commerce brands.
β’ In-depth understanding of Meta's algorithmic structure - including creative fatigue, cost control interactions, audience saturation, CPM dynamics, and campaign architecture that enables efficient large-scale spending.
β’ Strong analytical skills without being overwhelmed by data.
β’ Effective and straightforward communicator - engaging with clients, leadership, and your team, especially when delivering challenging news.
