Senior Go Consultant – Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assume immediate accountability for critical business projects following a comprehensive onboarding process.

• Collaborate with clients as an equal partner to implement scalable architectures.

• Deliver professional-level consulting services to clients.

• Analyze complex issues and confidently present solutions to groups.

• Create high-end software while advising clients at both C-level and architectural levels.

• Provide occasional on-site support for clients, approximately once each quarter.

• Supply Go code or project references as evidence of successful outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in professional development using Rust.

• Advanced knowledge of concurrency patterns and the Go ecosystem.

• Experience in professional client consulting.

• Capability to structure complex issues and present them confidently to groups.

• Strong subject-matter expertise paired with effective rhetorical communication skills.

• Willingness to provide Go code or project references.

• Proficient communication skills in both German and English for team and client interactions.

• Moderate willingness to travel, approximately once each quarter.

• Full-time availability only.
