This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the primary client contact and intermediary between clients, CROs, and Labcorp.
• Facilitate collaboration among Labcorp study team members to guarantee smooth study execution.
• Provide oversight in project management with a focus on client deliverables, budget, risk, and milestone tracking.
• Enhance communication between clients and the extended Labcorp study team.
• Evaluate statements of work to ensure high-quality implementation of client specifications.
• Oversee a portfolio of global, high-complexity studies.
• Advocate for client needs within Labcorp Central Laboratory Services and across Labcorp's various business units.
• Document and address customer expectations in line with regulatory standards.
• Manage competing priorities and make challenging decisions in fast-paced environments.
• Implement, track, and report on performance metrics.
• Engage in continuous process enhancement, quality assurance, and productivity initiatives.
• Comprehend the culture and pipeline of assigned clients while collaborating with both internal and external personnel.
• Cultivate internal and external relationships to ensure timely and budget-compliant deliverables.
• Attend functional meetings and offer insights while ensuring processes remain current.
• Adhere to Labcorp Central Laboratory Services' global project management strategy.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, quality, and productivity.
• Carry out other assigned responsibilities.
• High school diploma or its equivalent.
• 5 or more years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CRO sectors.
• 5 or more years of experience managing intricate global clinical projects, including budget, risk, timeline, and stakeholder management.
• 5 or more years of client-facing and stakeholder management experience.
• Proven track record of driving project execution, influencing cross-functional teams, and delivering results in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
• Ability to lead client communications, manage expectations, influence outcomes, and build enduring trusted partnerships.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, including influencing without direct authority, aligning cross-functional teams, and removing obstacles.
• Proven capacity to contribute to broader client, operational, and organizational goals.
• Customer-centric and solution-driven mindset.
• Proven success in process enhancement, change management, or operational excellence initiatives.
• Excellent understanding of clinical trials, project management methodologies, and clinical development processes.
• Strong sense of ownership with accountability, independent decision-making, and successful execution of complex projects.
• Proven capability to think strategically, foresee challenges, and develop proactive solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in life sciences preferred.
• Project Management training or certification, such as PMP or Prince2, preferred.
