Clinical Research Associate – Genetics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Execute study startup, implementation, and closeout activities.

• Support the research team in coordinating and entering research data.

• Aid in preparing regulatory submissions to the Institutional Review Board.

• Ensure compliance with federal and local agencies in line with Good Clinical Practice guidelines.

• Engage with patients and their families to obtain informed consent, schedule research visits, and gather data.

• Maintain documentation for regulatory binders, adverse event reporting, and communication between sponsors and sites.

• Carry out designated research-area responsibilities such as phlebotomy, sample collection, processing or shipping, ECGs, and chart abstraction.

• Oversee personal career development and manage administrative tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of 4 years of relevant clinical research professional experience.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Proficient written and verbal communication skills.

• Advanced computer skills beyond basic knowledge of common hardware and software systems.

• Ability to assist team members working on multiple projects.

• Experience with pediatric populations is preferred.

• Successful completion of an occupational health assessment.

• Successful completion of a drug screening.

• Successful completion of a background check.

• Compliance with the U.S. Government Form I-9, Employment Eligibility Verification.
