Senior Global Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Oversee and implement small to large-scale, global, intricate, full-service clinical project(s) or multi-project programs.

• Collaborate effectively with a project team and work independently to plan and execute successfully.

• Responsible for evaluating and delivering on KPIs, which includes identifying trends in project studies, managing budgets, performance metrics, and generating project reports.

• Provide strong leadership with the capability to solve problems and make daily decisions while offering support to project team members.

• Comprehend, interpret, and execute key business and project deliverables.

• Manage client expectations and ensure high levels of client satisfaction through a significant role.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive and demonstrated experience as a Global Clinical Project Manager (mandatory).

• Experience in managing study finances (mandatory).

• Strong skills in cross-functional management (mandatory).

• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time management abilities (mandatory).

• Capability to cultivate and sustain positive, productive working relationships both internally and externally.

• Experience in therapeutic areas related to early-phase oncology, immunotherapies, CNS, and/or radiopharmaceutical (therapeutic, diagnostic) research (preferred).

• Background in Contract Research Organization (CRO) (preferred).

• Strong and confident in bid defense meetings (preferred).

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience (mandatory).
