Senior Global Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.

📋 Description

• Facilitate productive global Project Team meetings.

• Ensure that meeting outcomes and commitments are fulfilled.

• Oversee the team's creation of the project timeline and budget.

• Track, monitor, and report on project progress.

• Articulate challenging concepts to guarantee team comprehension.

• Ensure timely and budget-compliant completion of project deliverables.

• Organize and consolidate global project scope documents and plans.

• Collaborate with project team members to ensure alignment.

• Identify potential project risks and devise mitigation strategies.

• Create and execute an Integrated Development Plan.

• Ensure that functional objectives align with relevant Project Team goals.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 7-10 years of relevant experience.

• A Master's degree (or equivalent) with 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical development is preferred.

• PMP certification is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Must have a solid understanding of pharmaceutical development programs.

• Must demonstrate Project Management skills, including timeline development.

• Ability to read and interpret intricate business and/or technical documents.

• Proficiency in speaking, understanding, reading, and writing in English is essential.
