Senior Global Product Manager – Peptide Synthesis, Purification

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Formulate and implement the global product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle plans.

• Enhance commercial performance, encompassing revenue growth, profitability, market share, and portfolio optimization.

• Establish persuasive product positioning, pricing, and value propositions.

• Convert customer insights, Voice of Customer initiatives, and market intelligence into effective product strategies.

• Recognize opportunities for innovation, portfolio expansion, and strategic partnerships.

• Lead global product launches across functions, from initial concept to commercialization.

• Collaborate with R&D to influence future technology advancement and product innovation.

• Track portfolio performance and market trends, promoting continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making.

• Cultivate strong relationships with customers, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and strategic partners on a global scale.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific field (PhD and/or MBA is a plus).

• Extensive experience in Product Management, Strategic Marketing, or similar commercial positions within life sciences or analytical technologies.

• Robust technical knowledge in peptide synthesis, peptide purification, chromatography, or related processes.

• Proven experience managing global scientific product portfolios throughout their lifecycle.

• Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including mentoring or developing Product Managers or scientific-commercial teams.

• Strong commercial and financial insight with a background in managing product performance and investment choices.

• Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills within global matrix organizations.

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

• A team-oriented, customer-centric mindset with a strong passion for innovation.
