
Senior Global Product Manager β Molecular Diagnostics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
β’ Formulate and implement extensive product strategies that cover both short-term (1β3 years) and long-term (5β10 years) objectives.
β’ Oversee the introduction of new products (NPI) and manage the lifecycle of the product portfolio.
β’ Ensure alignment of product vision and roadmap with changing market conditions.
β’ Create and execute go-to-market strategies for new offerings.
β’ Evaluate industry requirements, trends, shifts, government regulations, and more.
β’ Foster ownership and excellence in execution to meet and surpass project timelines and deliverables.
β’ Manage daily operations of the product line.
β’ Lead and mentor the product management team.
β’ Work in conjunction with marketing to establish go-to-market strategies and define the product's value proposition.
β’ Direct the competitive intelligence process and ensure that actionable insights are disseminated across commercial teams.
β’ A minimum of a Bachelorβs Degree in Microbiology, Food Science, Biology, Biochemistry, or a related scientific discipline is required.
β’ An MBA is highly preferred.
β’ At least 5 years of experience in food safety is necessary.
β’ A minimum of 3 years in relevant commercial roles in product management or strategic product marketing within a B2B context.
β’ At least 3 years of practical experience with applied molecular technologies such as qPCR and/or NGS.
β’ A minimum of 2 years of experience in the food safety sector.
β’ Alternatively, at least 3 years of leadership experience in strategy or execution in a technical, marketing, or commercially focused role within the life sciences industry.
β’ Proven expertise in managing the entire product lifecycle.
β’ Preferred: At least 2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
β’ Exceptional communication and influencing abilities.
β’ Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat is required.
β’ Experience with PowerBI is a plus.
β’ The position may require up to 20% travel, both domestically and internationally.
