This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany, +4 more countries.
• Take ownership of and optimize Viatris’ global pricing system, ensuring it facilitates accurate, efficient, and compliant pricing operations across various markets.
• Serve as the primary liaison between business units, IT, vendors, and end users, enhancing system performance, upgrades, master data integrity, reporting, and user training.
• Enhance international reference pricing capabilities, boost data quality, and ensure process consistency to empower global and local stakeholders in making well-informed pricing decisions.
• Assume the role of business owner for the Pricing System (International Reference Pricing), collaborating with IT and vendors to troubleshoot issues and enhance system functionalities.
• Lead the coordination of regular and scheduled system upgrades/releases provided by vendors, ensuring effective timeline management.
• Manage users for the Global Pricing System, overseeing user access, license allocation, and the development of training resources for both current and new users.
• Collaborate with Regulatory, Pricing, Market Access, and other stakeholders at both local and global levels to understand their requirements, provide adequate training, and streamline processes.
• Work alongside the Global Pricing team by offering system support, facilitating mass data uploads, and generating custom data reports.
• Validate and manage system Codes/SKU information and launches (master data), including the integration of acquired or divested portfolios.
• Conduct updates, improvements, and validations of Pricing System master data, ensuring alignment with financial budgets, volumes, and FX rates.
• Integrate data from various sources via API within the Pricing System.
• Perform data audits of the Pricing System to ensure accuracy compared to other sources.
• Extensive experience with Pricing Systems (International Reference Pricing) is required; previous experience as a solution owner is preferred.
• Familiarity with ModelN or Navlin platforms is advantageous.
• Proven experience collaborating with IT teams to develop or maintain commercial systems and participating in IT project management is essential.
• Strong technical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, are required.
• Experience in master data and/or database management using SQL and/or ETL tools is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders and understand their needs.
• Strong business acumen to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Previous experience in International Reference Pricing is desirable.
• Regional or global experience is also preferred.
• Detail-oriented and results-driven individual.
• Must possess strong analytical, communication, influencing, problem-solving, and writing skills.
• Proficiency in English, including speaking, listening, reading, and writing, is mandatory.
