Senior Global Mobility Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee the management of international talent requirements through the global mobility program.

• Take full ownership of individual work authorization, immigration, and relocation cases from start to finish.

• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure adherence to regulations.

• Handle immigration and visa sponsorship cases utilizing Envoy.

• Coordinate relocations with PerchPeek to ensure they remain on track and within budget.

• Ensure compliance across various jurisdictions for global mobility initiatives.

• Develop and enhance work authorization and relocation policies.

• Influence visa sponsorship strategies alongside business leaders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in global mobility, immigration, or related sectors.

• Extensive knowledge of U.S. immigration laws and familiarity with other countries including the U.K., Finland, India, Singapore, Canada, and Ireland.

• Proven ability to execute complex cases accurately and redesign processes for enhanced efficiency.

• Exceptionally detail-oriented and organized.

• Experience in designing relocation programs and operational frameworks.

• Knowledge of employer of record models; experience with Deel is advantageous.

• Excellent communication skills to articulate complex topics and foster relationships.
