Senior Global Marketing Manager, Trade & Color

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Formulate trade marketing strategies aimed at enhancing salon acquisition, customer retention, and boosting retail sales.

• Develop promotional calendars alongside commercial activation plans.

• Collaborate with distributor marketing teams to optimize brand visibility.

• Oversee the development of merchandising, sampling strategies, launch kits, and marketing tools for in-salon use.

• Assist with all sales initiatives, including presentations, events, and trade shows.

• Act as the primary marketing lead for the R+COLOR brand.

• Direct go-to-market planning for new shade launches and product innovations.

• Ensure consistent brand positioning, messaging, and identity across all initiatives.

• Recognize market opportunities and competitive gaps.

• Additional duties may be assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

• Over 6 years of marketing experience, ideally within the professional beauty sector.

• Experience in multi-channel Trade Marketing and Brand Marketing.

• Excellent presentation abilities.

• Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.
