This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.
• Establishes, refines, and communicates the overarching global marketing strategy for Enteric and HAI, guided by market trends, customer requirements, competitive factors, and portfolio priorities.
• Takes ownership of portfolio planning and execution for Enteric and HAI, encompassing strategic priorities, annual marketing plans, launch preparedness, and downstream commercialization support.
• Collaborates closely with regional marketing and commercial teams to ensure alignment of global strategy with local market demands, facilitating robust execution and adoption in key geographies.
• Creates distinct value propositions, messaging, and content that effectively convey the clinical, operational, and economic advantages of the Enteric and HAI portfolio.
• Aids in global campaigns, market development efforts, and customer engagement initiatives to enhance awareness and accelerate growth in Enteric and HAI testing markets.
• Works in conjunction with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Public Health, Product Management, R&D, and Commercial teams to guarantee coordinated execution and strong cross-functional collaboration.
• Oversees the creation of marketing tools and programs such as campaign assets, sales enablement materials, customer-facing content, webinars, and portfolio playbooks.
• Offers strategic insights into portfolio strategy, business cases, and annual strategic evaluations, utilizing market data and customer insights to pinpoint growth opportunities and priorities.
• Tracks market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs within Enteric and HAI to guide strategy, positioning, and execution decisions.
• Assesses and reports on business and marketing performance, including campaign effectiveness, portfolio growth, and key performance indicators, recommending actions to enhance outcomes.
• Fosters strong collaborative relationships across functions and regions, serving as a trusted marketing partner to promote focus, alignment, and execution.
• Bachelor's degree required in Life Sciences, Clinical Sciences, Marketing, or Business.
• 5+ years of experience in global or regional strategic marketing, product marketing, or product management within IVD, diagnostics, medical devices, or life sciences.
• Experience in infectious disease, microbiology, or diagnostics marketing is highly preferred.
• Proven track record of collaborating across functions to develop accurate, compliant, and impactful commercial materials, including customer messaging, campaign content, sales tools, and portfolio support materials.
• Strong understanding of regulated healthcare environments, including promotional versus non-promotional boundaries, medical review processes, and compliance standards.
• Demonstrated ability to convert clinical evidence, guidelines, and scientific data into customer-centric marketing strategies that foster adoption and trust.
• Experience operating across global or multi-regional markets, incorporating local clinical practices, regulatory considerations, and customer needs.
