📋 Description

• Develop and implement a detailed global events strategy that aligns with ALM’s growth goals, enhances brand visibility, establishes thought leadership, and meets lead generation objectives.

• Oversee all aspects of event management, encompassing event selection, contract negotiations, vendor relations, booth design, logistics, pre-event marketing, on-site execution, and post-event communications and evaluations.

• Serve as the primary coordinator for ALM events, collaborating with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Operations to ensure consistent messaging and stakeholder readiness.

• Manage the global events budget, ensuring optimal use of funds for maximum return on investment and providing regular reports on expenditures and performance metrics.

• Create engaging event-related content, including internal briefings, promotional emails, and communications for attendees and staff before and after the event.

• Collaborate with Demand Generation teams to facilitate a smooth transition of leads from the event floor into our CRM (Salesforce).


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate event management, ideally in a global B2B or technology setting.

• Outstanding organizational abilities, with a keen eye for detail and the capability to manage multiple intricate timelines concurrently.

• High-level written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with both internal stakeholders and customers.

• A proactive self-starter who flourishes in environments where you take ownership of your responsibilities without needing direct reports.

• Familiarity with international shipping, customs, and the cultural nuances involved in executing global events, supported by established partners.

• Willingness to travel 30–35%, including both domestic and international destinations.

• Flexibility to coordinate across various time zones as required for global event planning.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related discipline.
