This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Develop the overarching strategy for global events, including architecture, governance, portfolio management, calendar organization, standards, and approval workflows.
• Enhance the global events portfolio by focusing on return on investment (ROI) and brand impact.
• Offer guidance, messaging frameworks, content journeys, and follow-up strategies before, during, and after events.
• Act as the executive producer and primary project manager for the Partner Conference and Sales Kick Off.
• Manage the entire event delivery process, encompassing scope, timelines, budgets, risk management, and communication with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing leadership to define event themes, agendas, and content tracks.
• Maintain global consistency in branding, production quality, and attendee experiences.
• Lead the creation of registration forms, emails, landing pages, toolkits, and post-event nurturing materials.
• Mentor regional teams on execution discipline, staffing requirements, timelines, and best practices.
• Establish the global roadshow strategy and assist regional execution across venues, logistics, staffing, and localization.
• Aggregate and present regional event performance data, along with insights and recommendations.
• Spearhead selected high-impact regional industry events.
• Ensure a consistent brand representation across both owned and sponsored events.
• Collaborate with Content and Creative teams on approved event materials and templates.
• Distribute Event-in-a-Box kits for field and partner-led initiatives.
• Maintain a long-term perspective on priority brand-building events.
• Own the global events playbook, including project management standards, tools, operating rhythms, quality assurance, and contingency strategies.
• Empower teams in event execution and lead management.
• Monitor event innovations and pilot new vendors or technologies.
• Define success metrics for events, standardize reporting and dashboards, ensure data integrity, and provide monthly performance summaries.
• Convert performance insights into recommendations for scaling, optimizing, or discontinuing initiatives.
• Over 10 years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 6 years in leadership roles overseeing field and events programs.
• Proven track record in managing global or multi-regional event portfolios.
• Expertise in channel/partner marketing with a deep understanding of the Managed Service Provider (MSP) market.
• Demonstrated experience as an executive producer and project manager for large internal conferences, multi-city roadshows, technical training sessions, and tier-one industry events.
• Strong proficiency with project management tools, marketing automation, and CRM systems, including Marketo and Salesforce.
• Familiarity with event/webinar platforms such as Cvent, Go-To-Webinar, and Swoogo.
• Experience utilizing analytics and dashboarding tools like Tableau.
• Proven success in budget management, vendor negotiations, and data-driven decision-making.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• International experience with a focus on the Managed Service Provider (MSP) market.
• Willingness to travel globally 20–40% depending on the event calendar.
• Ability to influence senior leaders in Sales and Marketing.
