• Take charge of the event technology strategy, standards, and governance framework across Twilio Global Events...

• Craft registration strategies, encompassing registration processes, form logic, and attendee categories...

• Collaborate with Marketing Operations, Data, Web, Brand, Legal, Product Marketing, Sales, Field Marketing, Developer Network, and other event stakeholders...

• Develop scalable self-service templates, intake processes, runbooks, QA checklists, and launch timelines...

• Oversee relationships with event technology vendors, including platform roadmaps and support models...

• Direct the planning, requirements gathering, testing, and launch processes for event websites and landing pages...

• Recognize gaps in processes, ownership, tools, data quality, or execution...

• Leverage AI and automation tools to enhance event operations...


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in event technology, registration operations, or marketing operations within a B2B SaaS or high-growth setting.

• Extensive Salesforce and event data knowledge, including campaign tracking, attendee data management, field mapping, reporting requirements, data QA, post-event data transmission, and downstream reporting workflows.

• Significant hands-on experience with event technology platforms such as Swoogo, Cvent, RainFocus, BigMarker, Qualtrics, Bizzabo, Splash, ON24, Webex Events, or equivalent tools.

• Proven experience in supporting large-scale events (2,000+ attendees) and managing mobile event applications or on-site hardware.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including data cleaning, reconciliation, formulas, pivot tables, lookups, QA, and preparation of reporting-ready data.

• Demonstrated ability to create scalable templates, operational playbooks, intake models, documentation, QA processes, launch readiness frameworks, and post-event closeout procedures.

• Proven track record of utilizing AI or automation tools to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, accelerate documentation, support analysis, strengthen QA, and scale repeatable processes.

• Strong project management capabilities encompassing workback planning, milestone tracking, stakeholder reviews, launch readiness, issue resolution, vendor coordination, post-event wrap-up, and archival.

• High standards for brand consistency, attendee experience, accessibility, data quality, privacy, compliance, and operational excellence.

• Strong sense of ownership, with the capacity to identify gaps, clarify ambiguities, drive decisions, and advance work across multiple stakeholders.

• Ability to approach tasks from both a systems owner and event marketer perspective, balancing operational needs with audience experience, brand quality, and business impact.
