This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and implement DO’s worldwide benefits strategy to ensure competitive market offerings.
• Conduct routine utilization and cost assessments to proactively oversee healthcare expenditures.
• Collaborate with international brokers and vendors to secure competitive renewal agreements.
• Enhance global leave of absence and accommodation management processes.
• Spearhead global open enrollment strategies and communication initiatives.
• Work closely with Legal, Payroll, and Finance departments to ensure compliance with international labor regulations.
• Over 8 years of progressive benefits experience in global, rapidly growing, publicly traded technology firms.
• Proficient knowledge across the US, Canada, Europe, India, and Pakistan.
• Demonstrated ability to manage benefits budgets in the multi-million dollar range.
• Assess medical funding arrangements, including transitioning from fully insured to self-funded options.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (including pivot tables, complex logical formulas, xlookup/vlookup, and data modeling).
• Outstanding communication abilities.
