This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
β’ Develop and implement the global benefits strategy for DO.
β’ Conduct regular analyses of healthcare spending, focusing on utilization and cost.
β’ Collaborate with international brokers and vendors during the renewal process.
β’ Enhance the management of global leave policies.
β’ Oversee strategies for global open enrollment.
β’ Work alongside Legal, Payroll, and Finance teams to ensure compliance.
β’ More than 8 years of progressively responsible benefits experience in global, rapidly growing, publicly traded technology firms.
β’ Specialized knowledge of benefits in the US, Canada, Europe, India, and Pakistan.
β’ Demonstrated capability to manage benefits budgets in the multi-million dollar range.
β’ Advanced proficiency in analytical tasks using Excel/Google Sheets.
β’ Outstanding communication abilities.
β’ Certification as a Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) is preferred, or progress towards obtaining it.
