Senior Global Benefits Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement the global benefits strategy for DO.

• Conduct regular analyses of healthcare spending, focusing on utilization and cost.

• Collaborate with international brokers and vendors during the renewal process.

• Enhance the management of global leave policies.

• Oversee strategies for global open enrollment.

• Work alongside Legal, Payroll, and Finance teams to ensure compliance.

⛳️ Requirements

• More than 8 years of progressively responsible benefits experience in global, rapidly growing, publicly traded technology firms.

• Specialized knowledge of benefits in the US, Canada, Europe, India, and Pakistan.

• Demonstrated capability to manage benefits budgets in the multi-million dollar range.

• Advanced proficiency in analytical tasks using Excel/Google Sheets.

• Outstanding communication abilities.

• Certification as a Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) is preferred, or progress towards obtaining it.
