This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the global relationship manager and trusted consultant for designated multinational accounts, fostering strong executive-level connections across various regions.

• Sustain and enhance global revenue streams through effective renewals, cross-selling, and upselling of solutions and services across different countries and business units.

• Oversee comprehensive deal management, encompassing global pricing strategies, negotiations, contracting, approvals, and implementation for intricate, multi-regional agreements.

• Navigate complex stakeholder landscapes featuring numerous decision-makers, geographies, products, and funding models.

• Direct global account planning, coordinating regional account teams, pre-sales, Client Success, and other internal resources to ensure synchronized execution.

• Recognize new global client needs and opportunities for expansion by comprehending client strategies, operational frameworks, and regional priorities.

• Create and uphold a strong, forecasted global pipeline to achieve or surpass annual quota targets.

• Collaborate closely with Client Success, Delivery, and Marketing to enhance global retention, foster adoption, and implement business reviews and win-back strategies.

• Establish and maintain senior-level relationships with hyperscalers and cloud ecosystem partners (Google Cloud, AWS, Microsoft, Databricks, Snowflake), ensuring ongoing executive alignment, governance, and strategic engagement across key global accounts.

• Execute hyperscaler partnerships globally, working with cross-functional teams (alliances, sales, marketing, and delivery) to translate global strategies into regional co-selling initiatives, joint solutions, and account plans that drive pipeline growth and revenue impact.

• Collaborate with pre-sales and solution specialists to deliver impactful, globally consistent proposals and recommendations.

• Ensure accurate and consistent account data, forecasts, and activity tracking in Salesforce (SFDC).

• Complete necessary certifications and adhere to global sales governance and policies.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree Required, Master's Degree Preferred.

• At least 15 years of experience in senior enterprise sales, data, consulting, or services sales, including global or multi-region account responsibilities.

• Strong history of retaining and expanding global accounts, meeting or exceeding revenue goals across multiple regions.

• Proven success in managing high-value, complex global clients with senior executive stakeholders.

• Ability to quickly evaluate global client environments from business, organizational, and technological perspectives.

• Proven experience in managing intricate global negotiations, contracts, and multi-country deal structures.

• Demonstrates independent judgment in planning, prioritization, and execution; work is assessed at key milestones.

• Highly articulate with outstanding executive-level communication and presentation skills suitable for a global corporate setting.

• Proficient in Microsoft Suite and Salesforce (SFDC).

• Exhibit an ownership mindset in all tasks; be a problem solver, stay curious and inspired to take action, proactively seek collaboration, and connect with people and teams to drive success.

• Maintain a continuous growth mindset by learning through social experiences and relationships with stakeholders, experts, colleagues, and mentors, as well as broadening competencies through structured courses and programs.

• Where applicable, fluency in English and languages relevant to the working market.

• Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
