Consistently engage in research and pursue professional development to maintain competitive knowledge. Leverage your innovative whiteboarding and presentation skills to enhance visual storytelling.
• Achieve results. Proactively manage the account management and sales processes for all opportunities to achieve revenue targets. Regularly assess work based on its contribution to fulfilling customer needs.
• Collaborate effectively. Direct account strategies by consistently partnering with teams across Esri and its business partners. Actively exchange knowledge and provide support/mentoring to team members. Demonstrate motivation, resourcefulness, and initiative in addressing challenges.
• Over 5 years of experience in enterprise sales and/or relevant consulting or program management.
• Proven experience in managing the sales cycle, fostering partnerships, and establishing yourself as a trusted advisor to large clients.
• Strong financial and business acumen to develop compelling account growth strategies.
• Advanced understanding of GIS and emerging technology trends, with the ability to translate these into complex solutions for clients.
• Familiarity with GIS, Esri technology, and their relationship with the electric, gas, telecom, or rail industries.
• Exceptional visual storytelling and negotiation skills across all organizational levels.
• Knowledge of industry fiscal years, budgeting, and procurement cycles.
• Willingness to travel domestically or internationally 25-50% of the time.
• Bachelor’s degree in GIS, surveying, engineering, business administration, or a related field.
