This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas.
• Support the ongoing development of a new national geotechnical engineering program.
• Oversee substantial geotechnical engineering projects for Terracon’s major clients.
• Collaborate with local engineers and Subject Matter Experts.
• Conduct client meetings and prepare reports to convey project status.
• Establish priorities, delegate tasks, and coordinate project personnel to achieve targets and milestones.
• Emphasize the consistent delivery of projects within the Digital Infrastructure sector.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is required; a Master’s degree with a focus on geotechnical engineering is preferred. A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience is necessary.
• Professional Engineer (PE) registration is required.
• Significant project management and geotechnical engineering experience on projects of varying sizes and complexities.
• A team player with excellent communication skills and an innovative approach.
• Experience and a strong interest in the development and/or application of technology in geotechnical engineering.
• Capability to act as a Subject Matter Expert in the Digital Infrastructure sector within 6 months.
• A valid driver’s license with an acceptable violation history.
