This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Deliver engineering and consulting solutions for transportation projects and clientele.
• Conduct and/or oversee field investigations, engineering analyses, computations, and recommendations.
• Develop and design plans and specifications.
• Monitor and inspect construction activities.
• Compose, prepare, and review associated reports.
• Evaluate drawings and ensure construction compliance.
• Create proposals and cost estimations.
• Monitor and assess project progress and budgets.
• Investigate and resolve design and construction issues.
• Assign, review, and assess laboratory or field data.
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
• A minimum of 8-11 years of professional experience is required.
• Professional Engineer (PE) registration is necessary.
• Experience with transportation projects involving DOTs is mandatory.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license with a satisfactory violation history.
• A Master's degree in Geotechnical Engineering is preferred.
• Preference will be given to candidates with 10+ years of experience.
