This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in gathering client requirements, estimating costs and schedules, developing proposals, creating project charters, and engaging stakeholders.
• Develop a project portfolio, formulate the project management plan, prepare for procurement activities, and organize the kickoff meeting.
• Oversee project documentation and procurement, manage project delivery, implement necessary changes, ensure quality standards, assess team performance, facilitate status meetings, and maintain communications with stakeholders.
• Evaluate project performance, conduct quality control, maintain project information databases, verify project scope, and collaborate with the accounting team.
• Guarantee the final delivery of the product to the client, gather feedback on both the product and the process, conduct project retrospectives, communicate findings to leadership, and update lessons learned and process improvement records.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, quality, and client communications while coordinating multidisciplinary teams across various locations.
• Supervise technical geophysical work, including data processing, quality control, interpretation, technical reviews, and the preparation of project deliverables.
• Master’s degree in Geophysics or a related technical discipline.
• Over 5 years of experience in a professional technical production setting.
• At least 3 years of experience in technical project management.
• Outstanding client-facing communication skills and a high level of professionalism.
• Strong initiative, independence, and follow-through capabilities.
• Proficiency in problem-solving and critical thinking.
• Excellent writing and presentation skills.
• Solid technical implementation skills, including process development and improvement.
• Familiarity with geotechnical and geophysical sensors, instrumentation, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Strong skills in geospatial analysis, mapping, GIS, and geophysical software.
• Eligibility to work in the United States and the ability to meet any contract-specific requirements, as applicable.
