This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take complete ownership of SEO execution from inception to completion.
• Oversee and implement organic search strategies across various client accounts, ensuring a balance between strategy, production, technical SEO, and delivery.
• Lead the production of AI-assisted content.
• Develop and enhance SEO-focused content utilizing tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Jasper.
• Establish scalable workflows that enhance production speed while maintaining quality.
• Critically assess AI-generated content for accuracy, SEO relevance, and brand consistency.
• Create location pages, service pages, blogs, and other SEO-related projects at scale.
• Build and publish pages independently.
• Directly engage with CMS platforms to construct and launch pages.
• Utilize HTML and CSS to enhance structure, readability, user experience, and layout quality.
• Apply metadata, internal linking, schema, and on-page SEO best practices during production, rather than as an afterthought.
• Drive operational excellence.
• Manage SEO production scheduling and workflow coordination.
• Monitor for errors, identify bottlenecks, and proactively resolve issues before they affect performance.
• Ensure projects progress in a high-volume, deadline-oriented environment.
• Collaborate across teams.
• Work closely with SEO leadership, paid media, social, and operations teams.
• Provide backup support for SEO leadership as necessary.
• Assist in aligning organic initiatives with broader marketing and client growth strategies.
• 4–6+ years of practical SEO execution experience, whether in an agency or in-house setting.
• Demonstrated experience in crafting SEO-oriented content using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or Jasper.
• Proven ability to build and publish pages across various CMS platforms.
• Strong history of enhancing rankings, traffic, conversions, or other organic KPIs.
• Solid technical SEO expertise, including knowledge of indexing, crawlability, schema, and page experience.
• Proficiency in HTML and CSS.
• Familiarity with Google Search Console, GA4, SEMRush, and Sheets/Excel.
• Ability to effectively structure prompts and create AI-assisted workflows.
• Confidence in analyzing performance data and converting insights into actionable strategies.
