This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Serve as the main technical liaison, delivering top-notch consulting on Genesys solutions to both clients and internal teams.
• Engineer and implement sophisticated end-to-end technical solutions for Genesys Cloud deployment projects, which includes leading technical workshops, gathering technical requirements, and drafting as well as securing approval for technical design documents.
• Conduct thorough analyses that integrate complex technical and business challenges to develop effective solutions.
• Take responsibility for establishing and upholding the technical architecture of Genesys solutions while integrating new technologies as required.
• Adjust Genesys system configurations to align with changing business needs and operational considerations.
• Direct the planning and implementation of new contact center technology installations and system enhancements.
• Act as the primary contact for all internal and external inquiries regarding Genesys systems, including coordination with external vendors.
• Facilitate the smooth transition of Genesys contact center systems into the production environment.
• Over 5 years of practical experience in maintaining and optimizing extensive, multi-site, complex contact center environments.
• More than 3 years of experience in developing, implementing, and supporting Genesys Cloud solutions, ensuring they align seamlessly with business requirements.
• A proven record in creating and managing routing and IVR workflows utilizing the Genesys Architect tool.
• Extensive knowledge of infrastructure planning, operations, design, deployment, and system lifecycle management to ensure high availability and performance.
• A strong grasp of business processes and their relationship to customer experience technology, allowing for optimized solutions.
• Thorough understanding of SIP infrastructure, including SIP protocol, Session Border Controllers (SBC), and load balancing solutions to guarantee reliable and scalable communication networks.
