ML Engineer – Generative AI, LLMs

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mali, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Create, prototype, and implement scalable machine learning solutions.

• Develop innovative systems utilizing LLMs and real-world data.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in LLM engineering, including knowledge of leading LLM providers and their best practices.

• Experience in developing or engaging with agentic systems (e.g., tool usage, memory, planning, multi-agent coordination) is highly desirable.

• Demonstrated ownership and contributions in LLM projects.

• Proven ability to quickly prototype advanced tools and research concepts and convert prototypes into production-ready services.

• Practical experience with statistics and machine learning.

• Comfortable using the Python ML stack: Pandas, Numpy, scikit-learn, XGBoost, PyTorch, etc.

• Skilled in Git, Docker, SQL, Bash, and FastAPI.

• Strong analytical skills and business insight.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related engineering discipline involving coding.

• Familiar with AWS or Azure, GitHub Actions, Spark, Neo4j Cypher, and graph databases.
