Senior GenAI Motion Designer

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with GenAI Art Directors, Creators, and Project Managers to transition projects from concept to final delivery.

• Develop and modify high-quality content using both AI and traditional tools.

• Generate visual assets that meet the creative standards of clients while effectively scaling production across various brands and channels.

• Enhance the creative output of the team.

• Essential to possess confidence in ideation alongside the capability to produce bespoke high-end animations and video edits.

• Manage projects from initial brief to completion, infusing fresh ideas and creativity while adhering strictly to client brand guidelines.

• Required skills include mastering, editing, remastering, and adjusting master assets for different crops and formats.

• Ability to take ownership of creative projects, craft assets that fulfill briefs and design standards, and inspire clients with your creative insights.

• Confidently present innovative approaches and concepts.

• Oversee and manage the preparation of all final files ensuring they comply with the specified output requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience as a motion designer within an advertising agency, in-house creative team, or a related design studio.

• A proven portfolio showcasing motion design work, including both traditional and AI-assisted projects, whether personal or client-related.

• A strong commitment to adapting current workflows to incorporate GenAI.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator).

• Familiarity with GenAI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Veo3, etc. (Training on our specific platform, Pencil, will be provided.)

• Comfortable with fundamental GenAI techniques, including model selection, creative prompting, and collaborative AI-driven ideation.

• A keen eye for detail, capable of analyzing GenAI-generated outputs, quickly identifying subtle errors or inconsistencies, and rectifying them through prompt refinement or additional editing tools to achieve polished results.

• Strong judgment in assessing briefs and strategically determining the integration of GenAI into the creative workflow for optimal efficiency and impact.

• Any hands-on experience in delivering real-world creative work using GenAI is desirable.

• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) coupled with a collaborative mindset.

• An optimistic view of the evolving role of GenAI in creativity, with adaptability and a solution-oriented approach.

• Awareness of legal and ethical considerations when utilizing AI-generated assets.
